An exciting opportunity exists for a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer to join the Monash Business School in the Master of Project Management degree. If you have a demonstrated ability to undertake outstanding research and contribute to the administration of modules and programmes related to the project management field, this could be the position for you.

As a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer you will make an outstanding contribution to the project management field in providing leadership and fostering excellence in research and teaching, as well as engaging with the profession, within the context of the Faculty's overall strategy. You will be responsible for the conduct of research, take an active role in obtaining funding, deliver lectures and seminars, initiate and develop subject material and supervise honours/postgraduate research projects.

You must have a doctoral qualification and relevant project management experience, strong record of high-quality research publication in top-tier journals, a proven commitment to exceptional teaching, including evidence of leadership in teaching. You will also have a high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish good working relationships with your team
