Monash University, Australia is offering postdoctoral position. Applicants should apply before May 27, 2019.

As the Research Fellow, you will play a pivotal role in conducting research both independently and as part of a team. With a focus on literature research and qualitative and quantitative analysis in science education, you will make contributions to understanding effective learning interventions in the space of STEM employability across student experiences within the university and through student internships.
This dynamic role sits within the Faculty of Science (Chemistry and Science Education Research Group), and will examine the science student experience within the "Career skills for Scientists" unit as well as during industry placements. You will have the unique opportunity of helping to understand what students perceive as most valuable both during the classes but also in hindsight after they graduate and enter the workforce. We welcome applications from candidates with a PhD, however this is not essential.
At Monash University, we are committed to being a Child Safe organisation. Some positions at the University will require the incumbent to hold a valid Working with Children Check.
Your application must address the selection criteria. Please refer to “How to apply for Monash Jobs”.
