We are seeking suitably qualified candidates for the position of Lecturer in Psychology (Cognitive Neuroscience) to join the Department of Psychology in the Jeffrey Cheah School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Our department of psychology grew rapidly with a number of new programs being established, e.g. Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), Master of Professional Counselling.
As the successful candidate you will have a PhD in cognitive and/or experimental psychology, or equivalent qualifications. The successful candidate will be expected to teach and supervise students, primarily at undergraduate and postgraduate level, in cognitive neuroscience courses and topics related to the area including cognitive neuropsychology, perception, statistics, research methods, etc, and to conduct extramurally funded research. An interdisciplinary, collaborative perspective and experience using EEG/ERP in neurocognitive research is highly valued.
