Postdoctoral Position in Agricultural Economics at ETH Zurich

The Agricultural Economics and Policy Group, led by Prof. Dr. Robert Finger, uses different quantitative methods to investigate agricultural policies and agricultural risk management instruments with a focus on Swiss and European agriculture. We invite applications for a new position.We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher with a background in agricultural economics or economics. The candidate is expected to strengthen our research on the economics and policy of agricultural pollutants and/or the economics of climate change and climate risks in agriculture. We are looking for a candidate with strong methodological expertise in one of these fields: econometrics, spatial econometrics, optimization models, agent-based models, surveys, economic experiments.

The successful candidate has a PhD degree (or will be close to completion), excellent academic qualifications and strong analytical and writing skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment. Experiences in teaching and supervision are not required but a plus.
