Clinical Research Fellow at Imperial College London

Applications are invited for a Clinical Research Fellow to join the Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism, in the Department of Investigative Medicine at Imperial College London.

The research programme in Investigative Medicine led by Professor Frost will focus on the "Understanding the interplay between fermentable carbohydrate, colonic short chain fatty acid profile and gut hormone release" project. The Clinical Research Fellow primarily will lead the medical aspect of the gastrointestinal intubation studies and design, conduct, evaluate and supervise experimental research relating to this project.

Applicants must have a medical qualification with registration at the General Medical Council and have experience of conducting both clinical and scientific research. Applicants should be motivated, well organised and able to work effectively as part of a team.

This post is available on a part time basis for a fixed term of 12 months, and is based on the Hammersmith Hospital campus.
