Research Fellow Nutrition at Monash University

You will initiate, plan and conduct research to advance our understanding of the health benefits of phytonutrients naturally present in food, including their interaction with macronutrients and how they affect metabolism. This research will primarily involve culture of human cells using techniques in molecular biology, biochemistry, genomics and metabolomics, through interaction with other groups at Monash, and running associated human intervention studies in collaboration with other researchers in the Department.

This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
