KTH Royal Institute of Technology has an opening PhD position. The funds for this fellowship are available for two years. Eligible candidates should submit the applications before December 16, 2018.

In this research project, we will focus on new functional principles of magnetization control on the nanoscale, including resonant switching, dynamics and quantum effects in spin-vortex pairs, as well as novel forms of interlayer exchange in synthetic antiferro- (SAF) and ferri-magnets (SFi) produced by state-of-the-art lithography.
In order to succeed as an doctoral student at KTH you need to be goal oriented and persevering in your work.
Only those who are or have been admitted to third-cycle studies may be employed as a doctoral student. The term of the initial contract may not exceed one year and may thereafter be extended. Doctoral students may engage in teaching, research, and administration corresponding to a maximum of 20 % of a full-time position.
