Research Assistant / Associate in Aerial Robotics at Imperial College London

Imperial College London is pleased to invite applicants to apply for a postdoctoral associate position in robotics. Applications are welcome before December 11, 2018.

Applications are invited for 2 xfully funded position at the Research Assistant / Associate (PostDoc) level within the Aerial Robotics Laboratory at Imperial College London.

The project will investigate automated fabrication approaches with aerial robots and is part of a large EPSRC initiative that is lead by the Aerial Robotics Lab. Main research thrusts will include advanced control of novel morphing aerial robots and dynamic flight as well as system integration, optimization and testing.

Research Associate – applicants should have a PhD (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline.

Research Assistant -applicants must have a MEng and preferably be close to obtaining a PhD (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline

In addition, applicantsshould have a strong publication record in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Control Engineering preferably with relevant experience in Aerial Robot control, mechatronics integration and testing.
