A new lecturer position in mathematics is available at Imperial College London. Applications should be sent before December 16, 2018.

The post holder will work in an area of Analysis and Probability, and will undertake a self-directed program of research and scholarship at a level commensurate with the current standards of excellence in the Department of Mathematics and Imperial College. The role will involve lecturing undergraduate and post-graduate courses, supervising research and PhD students, and managing staff such as Research Associates. The successful candidate will promote the reputation of the Department, and the College, through scientific meetings and other activities. Areas of current interest in Analysis and Probability in the Pure Mathematics Section include stochastic analysis, probability theory, partial differential equations, functional analysis, harmonic analysis and complex dynamics.
