Research Fellow/fellow in Archaeology at Australian National University

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral scholar position in archaeology to join Australian National University, Australia. This position is available for two years. Potential candidates should apply before November 01, 2018.

The ANU College of Asia and the Pacific (CAP) leads intellectual engagement with the Asia-Pacific region through research, teaching and contributions to public debate, and seeks to set the international standard for scholarship concerning the region.

The School of Culture, History and Language (CHL) brings together scholars, undergraduate and graduate students to achieve the highest level of excellence in teaching and research at both national and international level.

CHL is seeking to appoint an outstanding early to mid-career academic in the field of Archaeology to a full-time fixed term appointment of two years as Research Fellow (Level B) or Fellow (Level C). Reporting to the Director of CHL, the Research Fellow or Fellow will conduct research, education and engagement duties, integrating and working collegially with both professional and academic staff within CHL, CAP and across campus.
