About the scholarship

Swinburne University of Technology's School of Health Sciences is announcing an exciting opportunity for a PhD student to work and research in the growing digital health and informatics area. Digital health and informatics is an interdisciplinary field, combining knowledge and skills at the intersections of: health science, information technology, computer science, information systems, sociology, management and others to support health and healthcare. Through technological innovation, digital health care may help to improve health service delivery, redefine models of care and positively impact health outcomes.

Potential topics for eligible PhD projects align to the School's digital heath strategy.

The successful applicant will receive $32,082 (AUD) per annum (tax free) for up to 3 years (scholarship stipend of $27,082 + top-up of $5,000 per annum).
