Post-doctoral Research Associate position in the laboratories of Professors Alex Webb (Department of Plant Sciences) and Ottoline Leyser (Sainsbury Laboratory) University of Cambridge

Funded by the BBSRC, we are looking to hire a researcher to investigate the role of BIG, a protein of unknown function, in the regulation of the circadian clock and development in Arabidopsis. This is a collaboration between Professor Alex Webb and Professor Ottoline Leyser. The PDRA will form a team with other members of our laboratories to perform RNAseq, genetic, physiological and protein-protein interaction identification studies.

We are seeking applications from candidates with appropriate experience, educated to PhD level in a relevant discipline. The position is available for up to three years in the first instance. The position must start by 1 January 2019 at the latest.

Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment.
