Research Assistant (Fixed Term)

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Research Assistant to join a research programme in pulmonary hypertension led by Dr Elaine Soon. You will conduct experiments using in vitro (cell biology) and in vivo (rodent) models. Prior laboratory experience is desirable, although training will be provided where necessary. A degree in a relevant subject is necessary. We would especially welcome someone who wishes to advance in their understanding of science.

Dr Soon is an MRC Clinician Scientist based in CIMR in the group of Professor Stefan Marciniak (http://www.med.cam.ac.uk/marciniak/ ) working closely with the group of Professor Nicholas Morrell in the University of Cambridge Department of Medicine (http://www.med.cam.ac.uk/morrell/).

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available until 31 August 2022 in the first instance.
